For the start of the new season of Enduro Pilipinas, the Enduro Network will be dedicating the 2014 races to the recovery of typhoon Yolanda victims. The recently-concluded race on November 24 raised funds to bring smiles to some kids in the province of Leyte. The Enduro Network talks to us about the Enduro Pilipinas Series 2014:
We realize a that the best contribution we can make to restore Leyte’s normalcy is to help create employment through local tourism – something our Enduro events can really deliver. Local tourism does not only generate livelihood, it uplifts the broken spirit. So, in 2014 we have scheduled 2 races in the typhoon-affected region. A season-opener at the Island of Biliran and a pivotal event at the TLBF bike festival in Ormoc on October 25.

A new year, a new hope for the Philippines… a great year for the Enduro Pilipinas Series. In the coming year, the indomitable Filipino spirit and the support from the international Enduro community continue to be our inspiration.
